Referral Scheme Terms

Dwellow Referral Scheme
Please read these Referral Scheme Terms and ensure that you understand them before referring or using a referral link for our products and services.
1. Overview
Our Refer a Friend scheme rewards you for introducing friends, family, or colleagues to Dwellow.
- The referrer will receive a £100 reward
- The referred customer will receive a £100 discount
- Both rewards are issued once a qualifying installation is completed
2. Eligibility
- The scheme is open to UK residents aged 18 or over
- Referrers must have a valid Dwellow referral link
- The referred customer must be a new customer who has not previously requested a quote, received an estimate, or entered into a contract with Dwellow
3. How the Scheme Works
- The referrer shares their unique referral link, which contains their referral code
- The referred customer must use this link to begin their journey with Dwellow
- Referrals are tracked automatically via the referral link at the point of initial engagement
Important:
- The referral must be recorded at the time the referred customer first interacts with Dwellow
- We are unable to apply or retrospectively add a referral after this point
4. Qualifying Installation
A referral is only considered successful when:
- The referred customer enters into a contract with Dwellow; and
- The installation (e.g. heat pump, solar panels, or battery system) is fully completed; and
- The customer has paid in full for the installation; and
- Any applicable cancellation or cooling-off period has expired
5. Rewards
Referred Customer
- The £100 discount will be applied to the final invoice for the installation
Referrer
- The £100 reward will be paid after the qualifying installation is completed
Payment details:
- The referrer must provide valid bank account details to receive payment
- Payments will be made via bank transfer
- Payment will typically be made within 30 days of installation completion and full payment
6. Referral Attribution
- Referrals are attributed based on the first valid referral link used
- If multiple referrers claim the same customer, the referral will be awarded to the referrer associated with the first recorded interaction
- Dwellow’s decision on referral attribution is final
7. Limits
- There is no limit to the number of referrals a referrer can make, unless otherwise stated
- Only one referral reward may be applied per installation
- Self-referrals are not permitted
8. Exclusions
The following do not qualify:
- Customers who have already engaged with Dwellow prior to using a referral link
- Duplicate or disputed referrals
- Cancelled, refunded, or incomplete installations
- Referrals made through paid advertising, bulk distribution, or commercial arrangements without prior written agreement
9. Fraud and Misuse
We reserve the right to:
- Withhold, delay, or cancel rewards where we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud, or manipulation of the scheme
- Disqualify participants who breach these terms or act in a way that undermines the fairness of the scheme
10. Changes to the Scheme
Dwellow may:
- Amend, suspend, or withdraw the scheme at any time
- Change the reward amount or structure
Any changes will not affect referrals where:
- A valid referral has been recorded; and
- A contract has already been entered into
11. Tax
- Referrers are responsible for any personal tax liability arising from receiving a referral reward
12. Data Protection
- Personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- By participating, the referrer confirms they have permission to share the referral link with the recipient
- Dwellow does not require or accept unsolicited personal data about referred individuals outside of the normal customer journey
13. General
- This scheme is governed by the laws of England and Wales
- Dwellow reserves the right to interpret and apply these terms at its discretion, acting reasonably at all times
