Our Engineering & Operations team delivers high-quality installations, servicing, and project management. This is where careful design, practical skill, and attention to detail come together on site.
Oversee heat pump installations, lead on-site teams, and ensure systems are installed and commissioned to a high standard.
Install air source heat pump systems safely and professionally, delivering neat and reliable work for homeowners.
Diagnose, service, and repair heating systems, ensuring customers receive reliable and professional support.
Install solar mounting systems and panels safely and accurately, maintaining high standards of workmanship.
Handle electrical integration, testing, and commissioning of renewable energy systems, working closely with the wider installation team.
Oversee scheduling, quality control, and coordination of installation teams to ensure projects run smoothly.
Sales and Customer Advisory
Our Sales & Customer Advisory team helps homeowners understand their options clearly and confidently. This is a consultative role focused on guidance rather than pressure.
Guide customers through solar and heat pump options, providing clear advice and tailored recommendations.
