Yes. We install right across the UK and where we can we have installation dates available next day (for orders placed before 3pm). Our online quote tool takes a couple of minutes and you'll be able to see all of our availability right from the tool. Go ahead and get a fixed price quote.
Yes they are.
When using our fixed price quote tool we need you to be as accurate as you can, but don't worry there are no tricky questions. If it looks like your boiler might be in a hard to access location we'll ask to give you a call before we firm up the quote - but for most people we won't need to do that.
All of our new boiler installations come with a chemical flush (to make sure your system is nice and clean) plus we also include new heating controls when they are needed, a new flue, filter and if there are any upgrades needed to your pipework to bring them up to the latest safety standards, we'll also cover that.
All of our installers are Gas Safe registered and local to you. They have all been checked and their qualifications verified before joining our installation partners. This includes ensuring they have the right experience and insurance in place.
We're proud of the quality of our work and so all of our boiler installations come with a 12-month workmanship warranty, free of charge. We'll take care of your home and if anything goes wrong we are here to help.
For many boiler replacements we have availability next day, if you order before 3pm Monday to Saturday. Sometimes, if a job is more complicated, for example you are also making changes to your central heating system then we may need to schedule a specialist team. But we'll let you know if that is the case.

Types of boilers
The four main types of boilers typically found in British homes are combi, system, regular and back boilers.
A combi boiler is found in over 70% of homes. The easiest way to tell if you have this type is you won't have a hot water tank. The boiler heats water when you turn your taps on.
If you have a system boiler you'll have a hot water tank and probably live in a fairly modern home.
Regular boilers also have a hot water tank but they also have a second tank in your loft full of cold water.
Finally back boilers are becoming rarer and rarer. The boiler will normally be behind a fireplace in your living room.
A combi boiler is a compact, all-in-one unit that provides both heating and hot water on demand. It's ideal if you are short on space as it doesn't need a separate water tank. If you're thinking of switching to a combi boiler we'll help you check your water pressure is suitable.
A system boiler heats your home and provides hot water stored in a cylinder. It's great for larger homes with multiple bathrooms.
A regular boiler, also known as a conventional boiler, works with a separate hot water cylinder and cold water storage tank (often found in your loft). It's ideal for homes with traditional heating systems.
A back boiler is an older type of boiler that sits behind a fireplace and uses the heat from the fire to provide central heating and hot water. It's less common in modern homes but can still be found in some properties.
Thermostatic radiator valves (TRVs) control the temperature of individual radiators, allowing you to adjust the heat in each room separately. They help improve energy efficiency and comfort in your home.
Installation
Your engineer will be with you between 7.30am and 10.00am on the day of your installation. If that changes our installation partner will let you know.
Yes. All of our new boiler installations come with a free chemical flush using cold water.
We don't offer power flushing. This is where a special machine is used to flush your radiators at high pressure. It is only needed if your radiators have really poor performance and you cannot replace them. We don't recommend power flushing in most cases as it can cause leaks and cause sediment that is in all systems to start moving around your central heating system.
A magnetic filter is a device installed in your heating system to capture and remove metal debris, preventing it from clogging your boiler and radiators. It helps improve the efficiency and lifespan of your heating system. All of our new boiler installations come with a free magnetic filter.
Yes we will take away your old boiler unless you ask us not to. The only other situation where we cannot take it away is if your old boiler contains asbestos.
If your old boiler does contain asbestos (or your not sure if it does) give us a call on 0330 822 2795 and we can help check. If it does we can discuss how to arrange an asbestos specialist to safely remove the boiler before your new installation takes place.
Yes. Before the installer leaves they will take away the packaging that your new boiler and its accessories came in. They'll also clean up and check that you are happy with everything.

After care
If you smell gas or suspect a gas leak in your home, quickly open all windows and doors and do not turn on any electrical equipment or lights. Doing this can create a spark and cause a fire.
Once you are safely outside, call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999. An engineer will come to your address to ensure your boiler and other gas appliances are safe.
No, we will register your warranty with the manufacturer. They will then send you a warranty certificate. It's important to remember, to ensure the warranty remains valid, you need to arrange to have the boiler serviced once a year.
Yes. Make sure you have your boiler serviced once a year by a Gas Safe registered engineer. This is also required to keep your warranty valid.
First don't panic. Give us a call on 0330 822 2795 and we'll help arrange for an engineer from the boiler manufacturer to get you back up and running as soon as they can.
